This festive season, be strong to help conserve our wildlife.
​Participate in a fun Deadlift competition where all the funds raised go towards ACRES, as part of their festive season fundraising campaign.
First-ever joint event between Powerlifting and Wildlife protection.

Participants
Open to all age groups, male and female categories, with a focus on making it a fun, inclusive event for novices.

There will be 4 weight categories each for males and females.
Date & TIME
Date: 8th, February, 2025
Time: 8am to 2pm

Reporting time: 8am
Prizes
Winner in each weight category (male and female) get limited edition prints of wildlife sketch.

All participants get framed photographs.

Any equipment?
No equipment or preparation needed other than your effort to pick up heavy things off the floor!

We suggest wearing comfortable shorts and t-shirts, with minimally cushioned sneakers.
Training
There will be a short Deadlift clinic where participants will be taught deadlift technique.
